Last fall I purchased a Colorado Blue Spruce. This tree was originally
field planted and then transferred to a nursery container about 10 years
ago. Age is estimated at 12 -15 years. The tree has a nice base (about
1.5" diameter) and tapers nicely at first and then is pretty consistent for
the rest of the tree. In the nursery pot, it is about 3' high. I have
"cleaned" it up - removed a lot of the little sprouts - but am now in a
quandary as to how to proceed. I have posted some pictures in the potensai
gallery and would appreciate any and all suggestions.
