[IBC] KIRIN--Image of Long-Term Japanese White Pine Project
For those of you who are Japanese White Pine enthusiasts, please take a trip
to the following URL: http://members.aol.com/iasnob/Kirin.html Kirin, originally dug from a field in Japan, is the outcome of 8 years of work. At 50 years of age, it was still grafted to a Japanese Black Pine host tree. The fused root base is the result of a new technique that I have been developing over the past decade. With patience and a little luck, I hope to take this specimen to the next level.
