It depends upon where you live. In the southern hemisphere, they are just
getting started for spring: and in the Carribean they don't worry about
winter.

everybody are winterrise with ther bonsay, the forum is quiet

Not necessarily. Some of us grow tropical and subtropical bonsai all winter
long, on windowsills and under fluorescent lights. I'm not sure where you are,
but I gather they are very popular in Western Europe.
