[IBC] Elm ID and care
Hi All,
I just got this elm. I was told it was a Cork Bark Elm. Here are a few pics: http://www.cyberus.ca/~g_will/Elm/Elm.htm right now it is kind of weak as it hasn't been looked after very well for the last few years. I'm going to repot it soon. A search on the internet brought up Ulmus parviflora "Cortcosa" and Ulmus neri. The latter, I suspect, might not be a correct name as it seems to be sold by on-line malsai with no other info. I'm looking for info on the care (winter protection, water habits, soil preferences, sun ...) Any info would be appreciated. Regards, Gordon Williams Ottawa ************************************************** ****************************** ++++Sponsored, in part, by Edmund Castillo++++ ************************************************** ****************************** -- The IBC HOME PAGE & FAQ: http://www.internetbonsaiclub.org/ -- +++++ Questions?
