Default Germinating like sprouts

So, I took some adzuki beans and sprouted them, then planted them. Is
this a bad way to get them going, i.e. some sort of shock or disease
problem?

No, I do that for a lot of seeds I can't germinate in the ground very
well, like carrots and parsnips.
