Default id salad leaves

hi i have bought a packet of salad leaves niche mixed and quite happily sown away
now i have various salad leaves popping up which is good......
but please tell me how i am meant to know which one is which ,the picture on the packet is good but there is no info on which name matches which plant
PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!

that is quite hard. wasn't there a name for the type of salads mix.they best is just to teste them and find out the differents. l have not gone thru that but some here will give a good answers. good luck

Try marinating them in a little balsamic vinegar.


I just slice them and sprinkle a little sugar on them. You may not be
letting them get ripe enough.

Soaking them in vodka makes a delightful liquor. ;-d
