Default JBJ Lighting

I'm getting a new JBJ lighting system and I was wondering if a person can
use a 55 watt compact bulb in a ballast able to use a 65 watt bulb. Is this
ok or not?

I don't think anyone knows. Wayne speculated that the 65 watt PCF bulbs were
just overdriven 55 watters, but I don't think I've ever heard anything
conclusive.
