Well the blackout worked for me!!!!!!!!!! You must have that same tenacious new species of Cyano that Eric has... I haven't yet tried blackout myself. I've been following a regimen of aggressive cleaning and water change, and also adding Najas to the tank in an attempt to rob the BGA of nutrients. I didn't attempt a blackout because of the number of posts I read by people for whom it didn't work.
