Default Lablab purpureus - HyacinthBeanBloom.jpg (1/1)

I've often wondered why I don't see this gorgeous vine planted
everywhere. It grows fast, has beautiful bicolored foliage, and
produces lots of lovely scented flower spikes followed by big purple
pods filled with attractive seeds. I give mine an early start indoors
under lights, and have noticed that the leaves of the young vines emit
an incredible fragrance, rather subtle but even more delicious than the
flowers.
