Default Easter Lily

Testing the camera's macro abilities. It needs a lot of light to do a
good job.

I've noted that too if I want to use the autofocus. :-)

I'm psyching myself up to buy a DSLR... the point'n'shoots are a
wonderful for casual shooting, and you can get some really good pics
with them, but I miss the range of controls available on the SLR. I
still use the film SLR once in a while.

I used to use a Pentax 35mm. I'd LOVE to learn to have that much
control over digital pics!
