We use it over here to crop for making fertilizer/feed for the rest of our
garden. Best planted in the garden so it can get it's roots down and bring
up all the nutrients, the leaves are harvested a few times each year and
fermented (well away from the house!) in a barrel and the resulting smelly
liquid used to make feed for the other plants. Mostly used by organic
growers.
We use horse manure, less messy/smelly.
