Still Arum fruits, unless you mean the Pelargonium leaves below them

The picture looks fine to me. Those are the fruits of Arum maculatum. Lords and Ladies, Cuckoo Pint and 20 plus other local names.

Maybe they are the fruits of Arum maculatum
