The stand is 4 feet long with 3 shelves and four lights, with four bulbs in
each and have electronic ballasts. I bought this less than six month ago
and is in like new shape. $350.00

This is unfortunate. Electronic ballasts are not recommended for damp, humid
situations, which is what you have in a light garden. It should be purchased by
someone who is planning to grow succulents.
Unless the situation has changed in the last few years.
