Help: Rabbit nabbed Purple Sand Cherry...
Bought a Purple Sand Cherry from Arbor Day (member) two years ago...
so those familiar will know it wasn't big to start. ;^) It did great through 2 summers and was probably nearing 4 ft high -- then last month it was chomped by a rabbit! (can tell by the cut). It can't be more than 18" high now (he bit it at snow level). Anyone know if it will survive? or, more specific, will it ever have normal growth habit? |
