Default White pine sick?

Hello,
I have about a dozen white pines. A couple are exhibiting some sickness I
think. The needles are very light green, almost white. They come off quite
easily. There doesn't seem to be an infestations, so it leads me to believe
there is a problem with the root system or a fungus. The tree is about 12
feet high.
Thank you.
