Default Kalanchoes problem

Hi

I am keeping a pot of Kalanchoe.

However, these days, there is mold around the stem of my kalanchoe.

Please see the following photos.

Would you please advice me how to solve the problem?

Thank you very much!

Yours sincerely,

Joanne

Hi Joanne. It looks like you have overwatered them.
They are succulents and prefer to be on the dry side especially over winter.
It looks like it may be too late to save them but you could try drying the compost out.
Sometimes they put up new shoots if left to dry. If not you could take cuttings they are very easy to propogate.
