Default EPA

Just rented a DVD with Jerry Baker regarding lawn, shrub, and treecare.
With another regarding gardening in general. At the very beginning of the
movie there is a short glib about EPA and the contents of the movie
regarding the materials used. The contents were your teas, insect
repellents and so forth using "natural ingredients" like beer, dishwashing
detergent, household ammonia, chewing tobacco, and so forth. What gives
here?

My only commentary is his overdoing stuff regarding application of all these
varying 2 and 3 weeks.
