I have a plant in a pot. And I want more of the same, or preferably smaller ones. Can anyone tell me what it is?

It is a grass, and in the summer, yellow trumpet flowers appear on long stalks. It is the lowest-maintenance thing I've ever known (once a year, I simply pull away the old, brown leaves).

Below is a picture of it—no flowers yet, I'm afraid.
