Default Cider issue sorted

At least it seems sorted. Pulled the (what seems like) white mold out of
jugs using paper towels. Soaked up the mold. I sulphited and this seems to
have stopped the mold coming back. Hopefully all good from here.

Spent the afternoon water blasting my roof prior to painting over Easter.
Old saying, do it once, do it right. Or, you could do it yourself.

Pour the paint on at the apex and brush it on with a house broom. Sorted.

funny weather here this March. 27 mm of rain in the month. 35mm last summer
& that was during the first real drought we have had for 100 years or so.
Previous to years to the drought brought 100mm or more in March. Something
like maybe 20% more sunshine hours but an air temperature about 1% cooler.
Lovely sunny days and daylight saving (ends tonight). A nice month.

I am new to this thread but I own a beer and winemaking shop. What did them
old look like?
