What season is it where you are?
How warm is it each day?
How much sun does the plant get?
Is it otherwise well grown and healthy?
How long since you planted it?

Marigolds are summer flowers. It's not yet summer in the UK. Even in
my own area, marigolds will not be blooming for another 1-2 months
despite recent temperatures at or above 75F (24C).
