Default West Nile Virus and mosquitoes.

My yard is surrounded by cedar hedges. Mosquitoes seem to love hiding
in them during the day. A hive of possible West Nile infection!

I was wondering if spraying into the hedges with diluted liquid soap
will help diminish these guys. The soap does a good job on earwigs
and aphids.

Does anyone know if the soap will kill these pests before it does in
my cedar hedge?
