Default Passion Flower rooting runners

I have 2, 6 foot or so tall plants in large flowers pots full of
buds/flowers and runners are coming up as well.

Can these runners be cut as they come up and be potted or do I need to do
(what) in order to get a few more plants?

new to these and so far I find them interesting.

TIA, Howard
