Default Help me cover my ugly fence!

I have a 10m x 5m garden and my neighbours have put up a self asembled
fence against my gate. The fence they have put up is a make shift
shed door and is an eyesore for my garden.
I was thinking of growing a plant up the fence to cover it and my wife
was thinking of bamboo panels to cover it.
What plant will grow fast and last year round? Or would the bamboo
panel be a better option?
Thanks for any advice.

Get the plastic bambo to cover it. It will last longer.
