Default advice on dwarf cherry trees in zone 6b/ Thanks!

I just got two from home depot for a great price! I have two sites I am
thinking of .........which do you think is best:
Front of home, eastern exposure.............plenty of room for root
growth.....however the cherries may do serious staining to my new brick
work...........
or........
back of home, still having eastern exposure but no full sun until noon or
so......in front of some arborvitaes............

there isnt a chance in hell that the cherries will ever hit the ground. so dont let
that decide. they produce the most in the area with the most sun. Ingrid
