ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) -- George "Doc" Abraham, a wisecracking
gardening guru who teamed up with his wife, Katy, on one of the
longest-running shows on American radio with the same hosts, has died
at age 89.

Doc and Katy answered gardening questions on the radio for 50 years,
and wrote a number of books together.
