Has anyone tried to grow Hierochloe odorata (aka vanilla grass and
sacred grass) as a lawn? Mine seems to have a strong tendency to
spread. I'd like to rip up a section of regular lawn and replace it
with sweet grass. Just wondering how much maintenance and what kind
of foot traffic it can take.
