Those with more sense. Its cheaper to buy passive solar heating for your
hot water heater, than to buy an entire solar cell and accompanying
equipment for electrical supplement. Especially less expensive if you use
electrical for heating your hot water. Bottom line, more bang for the buck.
Less outlay. No weblinks, you find out for yourself.
