Default Brazilian Pepper Tree

Can anyone tell me the best mrthod of killing a Brazilian Pepper tree
that is trying to take over the earth? I have cut down the main tree,
and applied Roundup to holes bored into the stump. It is still
sprouting up from roots yards away from the main stump, and at the
stump itself. Help!!!! Thanks, Don
