Default color of Amur maples, is it genetic?

Am planting 100 Amur maples this year. And the question arises. It arose

a year ago. I wonder if Amur maples color in the Fall is due to
environment or
genetics. I do not like the yellow amur maples. I like them all to be
red. So,
if a specimen tree is yellow one year, will it always be yellow? Or is
it due
to how much sunlight and water and nutrients it receives?

Is it genetic such as blue spruce where most are green color and once
green
always green.

Archimedes Plutonium,
whole entire Universe is just one big atom where dots
of the electron-dot-cloud are galaxies
