Default behold the turtle

Today I am doing more research on turtles
and I found a couple interesting facts.
(Warning, the third fact is not for those of delicate natures ;-)

The highest diversity of turtles is in the South Eastern United States and in
South East Asia

Temperature variations determine the sex of the incubating eggs. Lower
temperatures produce males, higher females.

and, you remember the warning......

Putrid flesh is a favorite food and is often used to bait turtle traps. In
fact, tethered snappers were once used to find the bodies of drowning victims.
