requirement is that you are traceable...impersonating someone is a crime
but difficult to prove |I now...but try registering a domain.....ever

I believe that posting obscene material could well be described as a
crime....and you have done just that in pursuance of your vendetta....I
have found your posts so obscene and objectional that I can not allow my
children to even view the newsgroups....and in fact any decent person
will find them so abhorent that you have no justification for
them....and I would guess that that is a crime wherever you live...

to use your own name. However, impersonating anyone else, use of foul
language, harassing other users (thanks for putting both of those into one
line!) and deliberately trying to ruin other people's enjoyment of Usenet
