Default Pond build help in formal garden. Pictures

I’m planning to build a similar pond, stream, fountain (whatever you want to label it) to the one pictured below, in a formal garden in NJ (US) zone 7b.
It will be about 40 ft long 3 ft wide and 3 ft deep. The head fountain will be 10 ft sq. With bolder in center.

Question is what to build it out of.
1) cinder blocks (with liner)
2) pressure treated lumber (with liner)
3) poured concrete

What are your thoughts?
Thanks
