Default transferring fish

Help please!
I have to transfer my fish from the existing pond to the new one.
Unfortunately the 'old' pond water is very murky and green, although the
fish appear 'happy' and are feeding OK, making it very difficult to see
anything further down than a few inches.
Can anyone suggest a means of enticing them into a net?
I've tried food, and they're too wary of this strange object in the pond!
I'll try leaving it submerged so they become accustomed to it, but does
anyone else have any suggestions?

Thanks
