Lotus petals falling off prematurely
I don't know of any lotuses that stay open 24 hours a day.
You are sure you catch them real early in the morning? Many do open about 4am - then they begin to close about 9am... could it be your missing the bloom? This one doesn't have the usual flat seed pods either. ~ jan See my ponds and filter design: http://users.owt.com/jjspond/ ~Keep 'em Wet!~ Tri-Cities WA Zone 7a To e-mail see website |

Nope, these things are fully open. Eventually I'll have pictures to show,
when I finish off this roll. ~ jan On Wed, 20 Aug 2003 12:01:59 GMT, "Nedra" wrote: I don't know of any lotuses that stay open 24 hours a day. You are sure you catch them real early in the morning?
