Default pond in Ontario - and the winter we haven't had (yet)

Should I be concerned? Fish are swimming around, not "sleeping".
Approx. 300 gal x 28" deep max pond. 2 @ 6-8" koi and 5 small goldfish.
Fish not fed since late Oct. as is my understanding should not be fed once
water temp is less than 50 F.
Has been unusually mild here in Whitby, Ontario i.e. about 48 F today.
Should be 25-30 F and 2 to 3 " of ice on the pond. Had an inch or so of ice
back in Nov. during a cold spell but is long gone. Pond is winterized with
plants set in bottom, filter and pump removed, air bubbler bubbling away (in
case we ever do get ice).
Should I feed the fish since they seem to be active?

Don
