UK Skippy filter???
"Lostin1999" wrote in message ... has anyone in the UK built a skippy filter?? if so where did you source the Media?? im seriously considering building one (for my 1000 gallon) pond but feel by the time ive paid postage to the UK (and duty etc) any savings made by using a skippy will be lost.. TIA for any help Lost The circular floor scrubbers that cleaners use with floor buffing machines would probably do the trick. http://secure.chapelcleaning.co.uk/shop/shop_1.php I have a couple in an upflow barrel filter that the cleaner at work let me 'borrow', so I know that they're fish-safe. :-) HTH |
