I have Mulberry trees growing all over my yard and everytime i cut them down
they grow back! Does anyone know of a poison to kill them i have tried about

Keep chopping the suckers all thru the winter and early spring.
I killed a chinaberry tree that way.

I was actually going to allow it to live as a "bush", but over-agressive
pruning killed the stump after about a year...
