The City of Austin's Keep Austin Beautiful program has selected the
Capital Area Master Naturalist chapter as the recipient of its'
education award for 2006.

The program includes eight categories of awards focusing on cleanup,
beautification and education. This year there were 96 applicants for
the eight first place awards. Capital Area chapter members are feeling
very privileged to be among the top eight.

Congratulations are in order.
