Default Ruellia germination

I've been collecting seed pods as they ripen up and bringing them inside. What
is the best way to germinate these? Do I have to give them a cold treatment? I
was thinking of putting them into cell packs now (the seeds that is) at two per
cell and outside then into the greenhouse when the time comes for it needing to
be put up. Last year it wasn't till November, but this year is so screwey who
knows. Anyway, how have others germinated Ruellia?
