I bought a Cherry Laurel for pennies at Red Barn and was wondering how well this
plant will do under the canopy of a 50 foot live oak? It's pretty shady under
there and I want a plant to grow higher than the fence, about 9 feet tall is
what the plant needs to be. Will it get that tall if I provide adequate water?

Xylosema? I bought one of those, too. I may be saying it wrong. Too lazy to
go look at the tag. Bought it at Natural Gardener's birthday bash. I love when
my husband comes with, but I hate it too. I was only able to sneak out with a
few plants and seed packets.
