Hi,
anyone know where in Austin (or surrounding areas) I can find muscadine
grape starter vines?

Come to my yard and take some cuttings... ;-)
We are in the process of pruning them back right now and the chickens
are getting the leaves....

You should be able to take cuttings from your local wild vines and root
them.
