Default Beverly Nichols - Merry Hall

om...
I'm just re-re-re-re-reading this book, and once again the question
that srtikes me is this. Does anyone actually know where Merry Hall
was? I think I gathered some snippet once that lead me to believe it
might have been near Horsham, but I could be way off beam. Any clues
anybody? I'd love to know!

There is an official website - www.berverleynichols.com ( note the different
spelling of beverley ).

It lists Merry Hall, Laughter on the Stairs and Sunlight on the Lawn as
'forming the Merry Hall trilogy about Nichols's Georgian manor house in
Ashtead, Surrey'.

Default merry Hall trilogy

These are great books, very frustrating though as I find that I want to join in the various conversations or tell BN that I have bought plants that he recommends and how well they are doing
