Default Leading the unwary up the garden path

It's about time some gardening books had to display a warning as per
cigarette packets: "this advice may seriously damage your garden". I was
browsing through one over lunch and notice it's recommending that
recently mentioned thug, Lamium Galeobdolon (a.k.a. Galloping-along), as
ground cover for shade. It claims it has a spread of only 1 and a half
feet! :-/

Maybe it's an error and they meant miles.
