Default sowing for succession

I am planning to plant another row of carrots, and have selected
Flyaway F1. The packet suggests that I should sow fortnightly for
succession. What is the best way of doing this ?? So I sow a couple of
feet one week, then continue up the line next time I sow; or sow alond
the full line each time but 'filling in the gaps' from where I have
thinned out in the past ?
