As an aside, I can never see posts from madgardener, is there anyone else using this group(s) via Blueyonder who has the same trouble? |

Blueyonder (my ISP) has binary access but most ISP's don't any more due to the huge sizes of some (most) of the groups - groups like the DVD and DVD.repost which get up to a hundred thousand films sent to it each week tend to be something of a strain, and there's thousands of groups, this has prompted most ISP's to drop binaries altogether and just carry text groups. There are companies that offer binary news access, but they are not free, Astraweb, Supernews etc.. That said, I don't know why people don't use tinypic more often, it's fast, free and there's no signupos or anything else, If I could see MG's post, I could put it up on tinypic but I can't... http://tinypic.com/ |

this is disturbing to me...............alright, I tell you what. are you
saying you can't even see my TEXT messages???? what the hell?? or is it just the binaries? if it's just the binaries, I can send you the pics and you can post them onto tinypic. would that work? e-mail me at my addy (it's what it says it is, I'm too old to be paranoid now) and I'll send you a few, two at a time. I use Paint Shop Pro to downsize the size of them. madgardener "Phil L" wrote in message . uk... p.mc wrote: "Travis M." wrote in message news:x0B_f.286$5f7.79@trndny03... I looked at the photos and they're beautiful, thanks to mad gardener for
growing them and showing them. I wish I lived in a climate like Tennessee where spring comes earlier! "Travis M." wrote in message news:x0B_f.286$5f7.79@trndny03... Noticed this as soon as mg started posting to URG. I never get any of her posts on Plusnet's server but I -can- see them using the freebie readfreenews one. -- Sue |

AFAIK you can use it via any UK isp. Janet. |

The message ews.net
from "Sue" contains these words: "Phil L" wrote As an aside, I can never see posts from madgardener, is there anyone else using this group(s) via Blueyonder who has the same trouble? No, but users of my isp have recently commented the absence of any posts from Blueyonder-users. It appears there is some kind of upstream problem affecting the propagation of Blueyonder posts to other servers. I see all Madgardener's posts on Zimacs but it's possible that their (enjoyable) length may be a problem to other newsreaders. Either, because individuals have inadvertenyly set their software to reject anything over a certain number of lines, or because their newsprovider does the same at server level. Janet |

extremely warm weather, three blossoms opened up this morning, one has demised already but not before I discovered they had an incredible floral scent! I never knew!
