Default skin-like patches on seedlings

hi all

my tomato seedlings sat in the bath
on soaked carpet while i was away for a week
and although they are thriving, they are getting
semi see-through patches which are spreading fast

what this a symptom of?
i tried googling but couldnt get the term right

i'm sure its common

Lack of chlorophyll because of lack of light for that week?
