Default lead plant labels

A friend asked me about plant labels which were punched onto lead strips. I
remember seeing them years ago, but I've no idea if they're still available
anywhere. Can anyone help please?

Default lead plant labels

I've not seen lead ones, but copper is pretty common, and can be
embossed easily with a ballpoint pen or a pencil. I googled "copper
plant tags" and http://www.gardenhardware.com/kin-cppr1.html was the
first hit. These ones look really, really pretty.
