Default fig; black & brown spots

Hi,

Could anyone identify the nature of these brown or black spots on the leaves
of my fig tree? Recently I moved my 20-year old fig from inside to outside.
Could the sudden exposure to sunlight cause this problem? "Inside" was a
very warm and light sun lounge.
(To keep "exposure to sunlight" into perspective: I am in Holland, but our
climate is pretty much like yours, I think.)

Thanks for your suggestions.
