Council rejects bin fine plea

snipped

I'm happy to pay my way. But I question the need for these chips. We pay
Council tax, which includes rubbish collection. If the Government/Council
want us to seperate recyclable stuff, fine. Large families versus
small..........the council should charge an average figure to cover the
overall cost. And what has this to do with gardening???
