Default Pseudo Acacia

Hi,
I have a small Pseudo Acacia (Robina?) that was planted around two years
ago. I noticed last year that although it has new growth etc. a few weeks
after the leaves have formed some start to die off at the tips and fall off.
The same is happening this year. The soil is very much clay here and I read
that these trees ,once established will grow in most soil types so wonder if
anyone has any advice as to what I can do.

Many thanks

Dave
